College Logo Stuff stands behind the products we sell with our 30 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, FOR ANY REASON, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your cost, fully insured by whatever method you choose, TO OUR FACILITY ONLY in St. Petersburg, Florida, within 30 days of receipt, for a store credit or refund of the full amount of the product cost, MINUS any shipping and handling costs that we incurred shipping to you. All returns must be in exceptional, unused condition with original box and packaging materials and RECEIVED by us in our store within 30 days from date of delivery. Do not return items that have been assembled, installed, used, worn or damaged as they will not be accepted.
Certain items are exempt from this return policy: Clearance items, gift certificates, special orders, personalized items, bulk orders (3 or more of the same item) and Shuffle Board Table, Couch, Chair and Pool Table Lamp sales, all of which are final at time of order and cannot be canceled or returned.
To process A RETURN YOU MUST:
* Receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by contacting Customer Service via email or by calling us at 727.826.0905 for a return authorization number. This RA# is valid for 30 days from the date you received the product.
* Return your item TO OUR FACILITY IN ST. PETERSBURG, FL, in its original packaging materials just like they were received.
* Insure the return for its full value.
* If this return policy is not followed, we may refuse a return or charge a 25% (minimum) restocking fee at our sole discretion.
If delivery or shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees at least. Orders can not be canceled or refused because of shipping delays that are due to acts of nature.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS...
If your product was damaged in shipment, please make sure to note any damage on the delivery notice if given one and then please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the processing of the damaged product, if we are notified within 3 days from the date the product was received.
