Our Customer Focused Shipping and Handling Policies

Often we offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 states at different dollar thresholds with the use of a coupon code. And sometimes we offer free shipping if your order is $75, $85, $99 or more and is being shipped to an address in the contiguous 48 states where no coupon or promo code is needed. Watch for details.

Otherwise your shipping costs are based upon real time UPS shipping rates to your shipping address.

FREE SHIPPING Offers and coupon codes apply only to ground shipments (not expedited shipping) and to orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states and not to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or overseas. Real time expedited shipping rates for all orders will be calculated for you at time of order.

Some products, if in our store inventory or in the manufacturer's inventory will be shipped the same or next business day and if not immediately available, may take up to 6 weeks. Each product on our website gives you estimated shipping parameters. You will be notified via e-mail when your items ship, and in many cases you may receive your order in multiple shipments. And if you pay via a check or money order your order will not ship until your check or money order clears our bank, which usually takes several business days.

"Ground" shipments will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS depending upon from where we ship, ultimate destination, package size and weight. We do not require a signature upon delivery for our shipments. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery please note that in the comments section of your order. We will add to your total order, $7.50 for each delivery that you request a signature required.

Many items can be shipped expedited and those rates will be calculated for you at time of order. Please note that expedited shipments are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday and to determine the day of delivery on expedited shipments, do not count the day of shipment.

Some furniture and several larger items are shipped by freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside delivery. You are responsible for moving these items from curbside. You are also responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if you refuse delivery of furniture items. Both the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from any refund if you refuse delivery or cancel your order while your merchandise is in transit.

We will gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to. When shipping to Alaska and Hawaii please choose shipping option UPS to AK and HI at checkout.

CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

At this point in time we do not ship to Canada or other foreign countries.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS...

If your product was damaged in shipment, please call us immediately. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS TO US. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the return of the damaged product.
